You provide your products specifications and drawings by e-mail or fax. (privacy guaranteed) We will select at least 2 factories to quote them Will disclose your name and program objective to each potential supplier Will explain and fully specify your products and ask for quotation in less than 10 days Will send you comparative quotes results (price, delivery, terms, guarantee etc) Prices will be those given by each factory, no agent commission added You decide if pricing and service is attractive enough. You place an order for sample making. We will process that order with each selected supplier and follow up it until ready and make sure they are sent on time and available to track them After receiving samples you decide to put a first order and select suppliers. After first order you will likely want to travel to visit personally this new supplier. This is key to establish sound and long term relations. Once your orders are placed, we will control and follow up them on a day to day basis, during manufacturing time Will send you a weekly updated report about when they are due to ship and arrive to US port Will do quality control testing (against specs and samples) and send you complete report with results before every shipment We will handle and manage any quality control claim you may have after processing the products received
